RDR Plus – Red Dirt Remover

DESCRIPTION

RDR Plus is a readily biodegradable organic acidic detergent formulated for removal of lime,

hardness scales & red dirt staining from vehicles & equipment.

BENEFITS

• Provides fast removal of heavy red mineral dirt staining and organic staining from painted and base metal surfaces.
• Contains an inhibitor to limit acid attack on sound base metals or paint work once deposits have been removed.
• RDR Plus is readily biodegradable thereby eliminating environmental damage associated with other harsh acidic detergents.
• Unique formulation is non fuming and odour free making handling safer.
• Far more user friendly than similar products that are based on harsher acids such as Hydrochloric Acid and Hydrofluoric Acid.

DIRECTIONS

1. Remove thick deposits by mechanical means, then allow to dry.
2. Apply with broom, brush, or by low pressure **spraying**, for plant equipment & machinery.
3. Dilute as follows:

a) Light or New Deposits Mix 1 part to 5 parts water,

Spray or Brush on leave for 1-2 minutes,

repeat a light coating and lightly brush then high pressure or rinse off.

b) Medium Deposit Removal Mix 1 part to 3 parts water,

Spray or Brush on leave for 1-2 minutes,

repeat a light coating and lightly brush then high pressure or rinse off.

c) 3 Heavy Deposit Removal (Water Tanker Cleaning) Mix 1 part to 1 part water or use neat,

Spray or Brush on leave for 1-2 minutes,

repeat a light coating of RDR Plus and lightly brush then high pressure or rinse off

4. Do not allow acid solution to dry on surface best performance in shaded area.

Spray or Brush on leave for 1-2 minutes,

repeat a light coating of RDR Plus and lightly brush then high pressure or rinse off

WARNING

Avoid skin and eye contact.

For advice contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre.

In case swallowed DO NOT induce vomiting – give a glass of water and seek medical advice.

If skin contact occurs remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly.

For eyes irrigate with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice.
