Sodium Hypochloride – 12.5% Liquid Commercial Bleach
DESCRIPTION
Sodium Hypochloride contains the maximum amount of liquid bleach available in liquid form at 12.5%. It is the most commonly used bleaching agent.
Has a wide range of uses for cleaning, bleaching, sanitising, destaining and destroying mildew and mould.
USES and DILTIONS
LAUNDRY Stain removal. Add 100-200ml (1/2-1 cup) per 40 litres of water.
KITCHEN Sanitising equipment and destaining cutlery, crockery and cups. Add 100ml (1/2 cup) per sink of water.
FLOORS Cleaning and sanitising .Add 100ml (1/2 cup) of sodium hypochloride per wringer bucket for floor and wall cleaning and sanitising.
ABLUTION AREAS Add 100ml (1/2 cup) per wringer bucket for Ceramic tiles floor, wall cleaning sanitising, mould and concrete floors fungus removal.
MOP CLEANING Add 100ml (1/2 cup) to bucket and soak mop heads in to clean and whiten. Allow to soak for up to 1 hour, rinse out and allow to dry or place in plastic bag to keep moist.
WARNING for sodium hypochloride
Avoid contact with skin and eyes Do not mix with other chemicals.
Store in a cool, dry place away from acids.
FIRST AID
If poisoning occurs contact a doctor or poisons information centre.
In case sodium hypochloride is swallowed do not induce vomiting, give milk or water and seek medical advice.
If skin contact does occur remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly with water.
For eyes, irrigate with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice.

Sodium hypochloride is available in 5 and 20 litre drums.
