A pepper flavoured sauce, with visible pepper throughout. Use with red or white meats. Pepper Sauce Mix is ?ÇÿFreeze-Stable?ÇÖ.
Mix approx. 50 ?Çô 100 grams of sauce mix with 1 litre of cold water, dilute. Stir continuously over medium heat, bring to the boil, simmer for 2 ?Çô 3 minutes, until sauce thickens. For thicker consistency, use less water.
