RECIPE SUGGESTIONS:
Best roast Chicken or Lamb!
season with rosemary & olive seasoning. brush with olive oil. roast open for 1 1/4 hours at 180*C on a rack over a pan with 2 cups of boiling water to keep meat moist.
Pasta!
cook 400-500g pasta. drain. toss with 2-3tbs of olive oil and 2-3tsp of rosemary & olive seasoning. add one of Ina Paarman’s ?áPasta sauce and serve with Italian cheese.
Salad & Vegetables:
excellent on oven roasted or grilled vegetables like peppers, eggplant, butternut, etc.

a very good pizza seasoning.
