lemon chicken: marinade 6-8 chicken portions in 1/4 cup each of lemon juice and olive oil and add 1-2tsp chilli & garlic seasoning. braai or ovenbake. outstanding on prawns and calamari. add spice to potjiekos, mince dishes and stir-fries.
Salsas & Vegetables!
very good mashed with avocado when making guacamole. delicious added to fresh tomato salsa and Mexican rice & bean dishes. excellent on ratatouille. delicious sprinkled over chips.
Cheese & Eggs!
excellent over scrambled eggs if you like the bite. very good on a cheese sandwich.
